You simply need - Rainwear, umbrella, hiking or sports shoes, Quick-drying clothing, 1 litre Water bottle (reusable), backpack 20-30 L, camera (optional) and any other items of personal nature.

We take participant safety very seriously. Our experienced guides are trained in first-aid and carry a comprehensive first-aid kit to handle minor injuries. We have established emergency protocols in place and carry communication devices to contact emergency services if necessary.
