Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the trademarks without the written permission of Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. All reservations are done through Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd., an Indian company registered under the Companies Act 1956 in the state of Maharashtra, India.
The online registration form filled up along with proof of full payment in favour of Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd, will register the participation in the programme, subject to availability of place. Confirmations only against full payment. No booking is considered as ‘confirmed’ unless a camp confirmation communication is sent by us to the customer after receiving the above.
No addition, deletions, changes or promises may be made relating to the programme except in writing by an official of Trailblazers.

To book a camp with us, the following payment options can be availed -

Our customers may also avail our ‘Secure Online Payment Gateway’, using credit/ debit card/ netbanking/ online wallets.
TRAILBLAZERS Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd. is marketing and co-ordinating camps under its brand name. We are camp organizers only. We do not control nor operate any airline, coach company, hotel, transport, or any other facility or service mentioned in this literature. Though we take care in selecting all the facilities in the camp we can only select and inspect them, as we have no control in running them. Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any agency; airline, railways, transport, hotel; any provider of services for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management of any hotel, airlines, railways shipping companies, coach owners / operators who are the company’s independent contractors.
Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd cannot be held responsible for any consequence of an act or actions of co-travelers, co-passengers; which may result in injury, damage to the life/limb or property of the client or interference with enjoying or availing the services to be provided on the Trailblazers Camps.
Parental Responsibilities (in case of minors)
The parents or legal guardians assume full financial responsibilities for each child they register (children or young adults) for the following:
Damage caused voluntarily or otherwise to facilities, material or other objects belonging to or rented by Trailblazers or its Principals.
Charges for repatriation for all persons that need to return home for reasons of health, accident, bad behaviour or other reasons judged to be valid by Trailblazers.
Pocket expenses and all other personal purchases made by the child except for articles clearly stated.
Parents should ensure that the participating child is fit physically and mentally to undertake the travel programme
The parents or legal guardians assume full Participant Responsibility (mentioned below) for each child they register (children or young adults).
All information given by the participant is true to his/ her knowledge.
On agreeing to terms and conditions, it is assumed that the participant or parent/ legal guardian (in case of minor) is aware that all the activities and visits have been designed keeping safety as the priority and all care would be taken for the security of the participant. The participant undertakes that he/she is medically fit to participate in the activities conducted during the programme. The participants or parents/legal guardians (in case of minors) will not hold Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd or any representing institution or representative responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or loss sustained by him/ her as a result of his/ her participation in the camp.
Smoking/ consumption of alcoholic beverages/ drugs or any substance of intoxication is strictly prohibited in all Trailblazers programs.
All participants wear the lap belts provided when traveling by coach, wherever applicable.
Baggage allowance not more than as specified by the airline. Excess baggage charge if levied by airline needs to be paid by participant. Your personal property, including baggage, is your own responsibility at all times.
If the participant is registering through an institution, all of the institution’s disciplinary rules apply completely and fully during the entire course of the journey. The journey is defined from departure point as specified in the itinerary till arrival point as specified in the itinerary.
All participants are requested to dress appropriately as per the laws of the land.
Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to use all photographs or work completed by the participants for any future publicity.
Medical treatment / Health and accident insurance
Trailblazers will take any necessary action in its capacity for the well being and the health of the participant. Registration for a camp gives the right to Trailblazers to take necessary action to assure medical treatment of the participant at the expense on behalf of the participant/ parents or legal guardians (in case of minor). The health and accident insurance is compulsory.
For us privacy for our valued customer is very important. We strongly believe that the personal information of our customers should not be shared with the third party without the prior consent or request from the customer. Privacy is the right of an individual and at Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd. The information of the customer such as contact no., email, addresses etc. is used only for the internal purpose.
Your contact information is stored in our database and is only used to contact you during the course of your travel with us for sharing the status of your travel bookings with us and then after for announcement of our latest deals and news etc. We at Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd condemn the unauthorized reach and misuse and/or discloser of the personal information of the customer and we have strict guidelines and high security features to prevent the same.
Secure Online Payments
The visitor on our website please take a note that your name, email address and other personal information submitted on our website may be stored with us and may also appear on the website. Like other platforms our server log files also receives general information such as IP address of the visitor, cookie etc. For the financial transactions by online payment methods, Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd uses a 3rd party secure payment gateway provided by “Pay U” and the any details related to such transactions are ‘not stored’ with Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd, instead the information is securely stored and encrypted with respective service providers (eg-Visa/MasterCard). The ‘online payment gateway’ provided by us for our customers is fully PCI-DSS compliant and the transfer of information is 128bit SSL certificate powered. It simply means that when the customer makes the transaction using our online payment gateway on our website, these details are being securely stored within fully secure vaults to ensure your information cannot be used by malicious 3rd parties. Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd and/or its employees cannot view the banking secure information.

Payment, cancellations and refund policy
PROCEDURE FOR AVAILING REFUND
All cancellations must be intimated via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating Participant Name, Name of Camp/ Destination, Camp Start Date, reason for cancellation. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as a ‘cancelation request’.
Given below are the cancellation charges and details: Refund Structure applicable only after payment of full camp cost.
In case of cancellations for reasons whatsoever including any natural calamity, the following conditions would apply.
When cancellation is done:
CAMP DURATION: 03 days – 15 days
120- 90 days before departure -80 % will be refunded
89-40 days before departure - 50% will be refunded
39 -16 days before departure- 25% will be refunded
15 -0 days before departure- No refund.
CAMP DURATION: 02 days – 03 days
60-40 days before departure - 80% will be refunded
39-16 days before departure- 50% will be refunded
15-7 days before departure – 25% will be refunded
07-0 days before departure- No refund.
This refund policy shall be strictly followed, in case of cancellations for reasons whatsoever including any natural calamity.
Non predicted events
Force majeure: Circumstance of force majeure, i.e. events beyond its control, including, but not limited to war or threat of war, terrorist activities, political instabilities, riots, civil war, industrial conflicts, natural or nuclear disasters, evacuation, closing of airports, technical problems or transportation accidents, fire, epidemics, bad weather, changes of schedule or operational decisions of transport providers, road closures, acts of God, etc that may cancel or delay the camp programme will not be the responsibility of Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd. or its Principals. If any of the above should occur before the session and the programme is cancelled, postponed, Trailblazers reserves the right to a reasonable amount of charges incurred for initial reservations.
Amount will be refunded through Electronic Transfer or by the card (Debit/Credit).
Refund of amount will initiate after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and service charge and both will be settled at the earliest after the cancellation request is acknowledged by Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd.
