Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target schools and individuals for experiential learning trips.
Lead sales initiatives in experiential travel programmes for all age groups.
Drive growth in both B2B and B2C segments.
Relationship Management:
Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, including school principals, parents, teachers, and educational coordinators.
Sales and Marketing:
Present our unique educational travel experiences through various channels, including in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and digital marketing.
Customize travel programmes to meet specific client needs and objectives.
Lead marketing and social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Operational Coordination:
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless trip execution, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and educational content.
Accompany clients on select trips to provide first-hand experience and strengthen relationships.
Client Success:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-trip follow-up.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Business Analysis and Technology:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and educational curriculum changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Track sales performance against KPIs and prepare regular reports for management review using CRM and ERP systems.
Leverage CRM and ERP tools to optimize sales processes, manage customer relationships, and track key performance indicators.

Qualifications and job requirements-
- A value-driven sales approach : Focus on the value a product or service offers to the customer, rather than just the features or price. Emphasize the benefits and how the product or service can solve a problem or improve the customer's situation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales (at least 1 to 2 years of experience), preferably in the travel or education sector.
- Deeply passionate about education and travel, with a keen interest in inspiring the next generation of global citizens through immersive learning experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Proficiency in other Indian languages is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and influence others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic about travelling domestically and internationally to attend industry conferences, meet with clients, and conduct site visits.
